The big sell: Port Moody is one of those locations that has quietly been increasing in value without the sensationalism that Vancouver receives. According to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, the benchmark price for its detached homes had the highest percentage gain (32 per cent) between March and April this year, compared to all other Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver markets.
