  • Click the 'Realtors - Advertise your property here' link at the bottom of the page.
  • Read the information on pricing and agree to our Terms of Use.
  • Complete the form with your property details.
  • Finally, complete payment via PayPal.
  • Your listing will be reviewed by a member of the BestHomesBC staff, before being added to the site.
    NOTE: In some cases the listing may be rejected in which case you will be contacted by a member of staff to resolve the issue.

For individual, residential properties

  1. Standard Listing for a 3-month listing period - $30 per listing.
  2. Featured Listing for a 3-month listing period - $90 per listing.
  3. Featured Listing for a 6-month listing period - $120 per listing.

Featured Listings achieve Google page 1 ranking and receive a complimentary Realtor banner ad
Standard Listings achieve Google page 2 or 3 ranking

For developments

  1. Featured Listing for a 6-month listing period on BestHomesBC.com - $600 per development.
